Berry Blast Snack Shake

When we don’t eat enough protein, we tend to gain weight around our stomach and thighs. So snack smarter! The lean protein in this shake actually helps to promote fat loss. The Regular Girl proactively regulates your digestion and promotes intestinal health, so you won’t experience any uncomfortable bloating or gas.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup cold water
1-2 scoops of LynFit Complete Protein Shake powder
1 scoop or packet of Regular Girl
1/2 cup frozen berries of your choice
5 ice cubes

Directions:

  1. Pour cold water into blender and begin mixing at lowest speed.
  2. Add Complete Protein Shake and Regular Girl, blend 10 seconds.
  3. Add berries and blend 10 seconds.
  4. Gradually add ice cubes until completely blended.
  5. Blend on high speed for 1 minute.

For a thicker shake, use less water and more ice.
